🌟 About the Chairman – Ambassador Akpang Ade Obi Odu (Rtd. Major)

The name is Akpang Ade Obi Odu from Odajie-Mbube, Ogoja, Cross River State. Schooled at Mary Knoll College, Okuku, Ogoja. Attended:
a. Nigerian Defence Academy Regular 12.
b. Command and Staff College Jaji, completed Junior and Senior Staff courses.
c. Advanced Army Engineering Course, Fort Belvoir, USA.
d. Studied Architecture and graduated from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.
Appointments:
Bde Maj. 3 Armd Div Jos. GSO 11 AHQ Army Engrs. ADC to former Milad East Central State, then Col. Atom Kpera.
One-time Commissioner for Works, Lands, and Transport, Cross River State. One-time Nigerian Ambassador to South Korea. Retired Major. Chairman: Legends of Peace Initiative (NGO).
A member of the Nigerian Delegation that attended CODESA in South Africa 1991 and produced one of the strongest Documents adopted after presentation during the conference that aided the end of apartheid in South Africa.
Foundation Member of The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). and later also became a Foundation member of the

All-Progressives Congress (APC) and since left Politics to face The Legends of Peace Initiative Agenda which is aimed to resonate deeply Tolerance and Forgiveness which are indeed entrance in our African ethics and values which are indeed essential components of our collective evolution. By embracing these ethics and values, we create a ripple effect of compassion, understanding, and PEACE that transcends borders and boundaries that usher Universal Harmony that contribute to a more harmonious universe, where diversity is celebrated, and unity is strengthened.
